Sales Executive
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Sales Executive will be responsible for identifying business opportunities, selling products to targeted client groups.
• Finding new target customers.
• Establishing and maintaining relationships with existing and new clients.
• Preparing task/status follow-up/update reports to managers.
• Achieving or exceeding monthly sales revenue targets.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Thai nationality
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration or related fields
• Age not over 28 years
• Experience in field sales or marketing at least 1 year is an advantage
• Fresh graduates are welcome for this position
• Self-motivated and reliable
• Proactive and assertive with good relationship building
• Able to work under pressure with very good skills in presentation, negotiation, communication and analytical skill
• Good command in English both Speaking and Writing
• Computer literate in MS Office

Account Management Executive
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Establish and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction. Communicate to and work with the Sales Manager, Production Team and Technical team
• Handle customer’s phone-in enquiries efficiently and effectively and ensure the service quality toward customer satisfaction
• Visiting customers to provide product and service training
• Give advice and information to the customer via phone and e-mail communications
• To prepare a report or document upon customer request

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor’s degree in any fields
• Age not over 28 years

• Computer proficiency
• Good personality with service mind
• Good command of both written and spoken English

Insight Data Analyst
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Work closely with the sales team to gather and understand clients’ requirements and objectives with regard to media intelligence.
  • Set up criteria for data filtering and monitoring.
  • Work closely with the operations and technical teams to ensure data cleansing is performed effectively.
  • Review, analyze, and visualize datasets to address clients’ requirements.
  • Prepare and write insight reports presenting deep understanding of the data and information, and deliver the reports to clients in a timely manner.
QUALIFICATIONS
  • A bachelor’s degree or higher in data analytics, business, economics or related fields.
  • A self-starter with excellent analytical and teamwork skills.
  • Ability to learn new things quickly and work well under pressure.
  • Strong writing skills in Thai language. Proficiency in English is an advantage.
  • Work experience in areas of marketing research, media monitoring and analysis, social listening or related fields is preferred.
  • Proficient in MS Excel, MS Word, and MS PowerPoint.
  • Ability to adapt to the needs of supervisors.
  • Willingness to take up additional roles or carry out multiple tasks.
  • Ability to cope with change by stepping out of comfort zone.
System Engineer
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Provide support and ensure the services are fully functional at all times
  • Testing, implement and monitor services
  • Analyze, troubleshoot and resolve any service problems
QUALIFICATIONS
  • Thai, age not over 30 years
  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in Information Technology, Computer Engineering or related field
  • Knowledge in Hardware, Server, Windows, Linux and Database
  • Experience in Python or other scripting languages is a plus
  • Experience in Web-based Application and Web Service on IIS, Apache, OpenLiteSpeed or NginX will be advantage
  • Fast learning, self-development and can be work under pressure
  • Good interpersonal skill, self-initiative, enthusiastic and service minded
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Willing to work on a flexible time including after office hours, holidays and weekend
